FAQ of Apartment

We will be updating our “frequently asked questions” section by the launch of our new website. The questions will be divided into categories aimed at answering the questions of both the visitors intersted at securing aparmtents for their own stay, corporate organizations looking for rentals for their employess and also landlords uploading their listings.

Q: Minimum of how many nights do I need to stay in your apartments?

A: Depends on the aparmtents and the requirements of the landlord.

Q: What time do I have to check-in?

A: Usually at 12:00. But you will have to confirm with the landlord.

Q: When do I make the payment?

A: We will have to pre-authorize your credit card information. Most of the landlords are not allowed to use the payment platform if aparmtents.com.tr by default. We will allow visitors to proceed with the payment if the chosen apartment is owned by an individual or management company that has a payment agreement with apartments.com.tr

Q: What if I cancel my trip?

A: If you cancel your reservation 24-hours before your check-in, you will not be charged. If you cancel your apartment reservation 12-hours before your check-in, you will be charged for 1 day.

Q: Where are the apartments located?

A: Most of the apartments are located in the downtown part of the city. You can check the exact location on the google map located next to the listing.
